1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Majestic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms may be updated when required to improve service quality, security, or legal compliance.

2. Investment Requests and Admin Review

All investment requests are checked by administrators before activation. After approval, the selected plan becomes active and daily profit starts accruing according to the plan terms. A request may be rejected if the payment, account data, or security review does not meet platform requirements.

3. Deposits

Deposits are credited only after manual admin verification of the TXID, network, amount, and payment details. Minimum deposit amount is 10 USDT. If a deposit cannot be confirmed, our team may contact the user through Telegram or WhatsApp.

4. Withdrawals and Service Fee

Withdrawals are manually reviewed by administrators and processed within 1 business day after approval. Minimum withdrawal amount is 5 USDT. A 2% service fee is withheld from each withdrawal.

5. Rejections and User Contact

If a deposit, investment, or withdrawal request is rejected, the user is notified or contacted through Telegram or WhatsApp. When needed, the team may request additional information before making a final decision.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for entering correct wallet addresses, contact details, transaction IDs, and account information. Majestic is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet data or false information submitted by the user.

7. Referral Program

Referral commissions are paid from active investments across 5 levels according to the platform commission structure. The inviter earns 50 MAJCoin for every user who registers through their referral link. Majestic may restrict or cancel rewards if abuse, duplicate accounts, fraud, or manipulation is detected.

8. Risk Notice

All investments carry risk. Daily returns are based on platform operations and may depend on continued development and revenue of the MAJESTIC ecosystem. Users should invest responsibly.

9. Security and Compliance

Majestic may request additional verification, delay processing, or reject requests to protect users, prevent fraud, and comply with internal security standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Majestic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, network delays, incorrect user data, or third-party payment infrastructure issues.
